CCNC (Non Unitization) and Unitization - Open Enrollment
This course allows the more technical users of PowerPlan’s Fixed Assets and Projects functionality to deepen their level of understanding of how Charge Groups and Unit Items come together to create Assets. We examine the Unitization Data Model, illustrating how individual charges are grouped together to become summarized unitized charges. We review Work Order Grid Estimates, Property Unit Estimates, and some of the more important Table Files. We also discuss common missteps for the Non-Unitization and the Unitization process, as well as their respective error reports. We finish up with exercises to help you view these concepts from a more practical view.
