This course is for anyone who is tasked with supporting a PowerPlan Fixed Assets install (Projects, Assets, Budget, Depreciation) or anyone who wishes to understand the details of what is required to support the system at a technical level. Attendees will gain an understanding of the flows of data through the system to better enable them to diagnose both the cause and the severity of problems they may run into. Anyone attending this class will also learn the details of the data model for the most often used portions of the system. This course covers the contents of the Dynamic Configuration course and much more.

System support staff whose responsibilities include production user support and issue remediation. This is for On Prem clients only.
Prerequisites: Knowledge of SQL preferred but not required.

CPE Credits = 24 CPE credit hours possible (Computer Software & Applications)
Class sessions will be held each day from 9:00am - 4:00pm (EDT) with a one hour break for lunch from 12:00pm - 1:00pm.
In order to be awarded the full credits, participants must be present the entire training session and respond to 72 polling questions ( or 3 polling questions per hour) asked during this program. Credits will be rounded down to the nearest half credit.
We are unable to grant CPE credit in cases where technical difficulties preclude eligibility. CPE Program Sponsorship guidelines prohibit us from issuing credit to those not verified by the technology to have satisfied the minimum requirements listed above.
